let me talk to you about a dude named...well let's just call him J.E...he's actually a nice lad, great to have him around but somehow not a great company to be with...very quiet but somehow talks loud when girls are around...now the reason why i'm talking about him here is not because i wanna talk trash about him..it's because he's loved to hate...but at the same sympathies always go for him.he's one resilient lad so i give him that..like the time he got rejected by a girl in front of his friends including me..ohh ya, that futsal selection..he never skipped even one training sessions but he wasn't selection even for the final 15..that was cruel...if i were him, suicidal thoughts hovering over my mind but no..he took it like a man and acted like nothing had happened..well good for you lad!!i can't find anybody else like him on this earth...so for the first time without those sarcastic poems, this post goes to you...hopefully new year brings more luck to you..and a gal too ;D

oh.when.it.rains

back in hometown...now bumming at home...and the rainy season is not helping at all because that means i'm stucked at home..it's never good to hang out in the rain especially at night...

ohh well...

it was a great trip...

and also the most random one ever...hehehe..as we got there, we just went with whatever plans that came to our heads and thankfully we got it all covered...be it great food and great visited places...for 4 nights there, we stayed in 4 different inns..don't ask why..we just wanted to...heheheh..

i must say that december has always been my favorite month of the year...it has always been because it is the month where i can say the most relaxing month ever..am i rite?..but this year's december will be a bit special for me as it marks the next chapter of my life...education stage is through and done rite on the 1st day of it...been wondering what is next for me or will i be able to get through all those yet-to-be-known forces...?ohh well..that's life...i'm so gonna miss the good old times...

i had the most terrifying yet fun ride tonite after short supper with friends...it was actually for fun but as he tried to make a drift turning which i think he somehow lost control of it..my mind straight away thought of those i love...woww!..i've never had that kinda thought before...anyways we survived as he gained control of his car while it drifted and we all survived...i first clapped and cheered because of that split second thought...if it wasn't for that action he did..i won't know how much i love and care for them...but hey let's not do that again ok...?

first of all...mimiek means cat or any behavior or attitude that's closest to a cat...correct me if i'm wrong k..hehehe...anyways i wanna share something that's been a part of my life...never thought this mimiek's legacy has its sequel when the senior one had graduated last year....then came another girl who acts and talks like her..being in a rock band and hangs out wif us guys a lot...so i'm not saying both of them are cats k..just somehow resemble a cat attitude/behavior..oh yeah, both of them look alike too..hehehe...so this post is a tribute to them actually...love them lots!!

i know money is not everything but don't you hate it when you go out with empty wallet?..it totally spoils the whole mood and plans and more over i can't even spend on anything that i want..i am working for money but it sucks when the payment is delayed and delayed and delayed..call it peer pressure but it's always fun to hang out with friends outside although have to spend money on ridiculous stuffs....luckily i have a great circle of friends who understand my situation, my bro who sometimes hit me with reality and also HER who's always been there for me...thank you all but i hope this situation will not always come around although it is inevitable to happen anytime soon..

i know...be universal in making music so that you can diversify your playing skills...but i just suck in playing covers...i do not have the discipline when it comes to drums playing..be it in my own band or other bands..i just play my beats intuitionally...so far so good when it comes to music making but when it comes to recordings, everything falls apart...u see, no discipline means u can't obey the metronome...but heck, metronome also can't register our beats timing in our music because our music is simply....weird...ok forget own music..how about covers?...that's quite difficult too although you are not necessarily required to play according to what is already set in a song..but if you play not accordingly, you might as well destroy that song..

see that's the problem i'm still facing although been playing drums for almost 8 years...gotta be more discipline from now on...hehehe...

more drama needed

we all love to hate and hate to love that word "drama" eh?...how it describes our everyday life..be it through words of mouth, hearsay and television shows..speaking of television shows..I wonder how my drama life can be described through it?..I think it will only cover some scopes like:

1. Life in a Marching Band
First experience learning the music notes. Also first time staying away from parents and 1st time boarded a plane and went to the Capital City for the 1st time..Basically everything 1st time here..and yeah the trips were all free...we were kids back then k..could not afford a plane ticket..

2. Getting through Exams
Till now still practicing last minute study...i do not know why...just being lazy...enough said!!

3. In a Rock Band
I guess this is where i get that label "artiste" from some people..I love music but I only love playing drums...how can that be labeled "artiste" as well?

4. Getting Hitched and Dumped
On and Off relationships are just so common nowadays but yeah the experience is just so dramatic as well..especially the hearsay experience...

5. Parental Control
Studies and career failure are their main targets when it comes to hard and difficult times...they will say those things over and over again so that I will be annoyed with myself...

6. Financial Status
No Money No Talk...

7. Sports
I thought I was already stable in this team but lately being ignored and thus no games for me now.Till now I do not even know where I've gone wrong for them..Anyways gonna start up a new team soon I hope...Interested?

On Aug. 23, guitarist Mike Einziger will unveil an orchestral piece in concert at Royce Hall on the campus of UCLA in Los Angeles.

"He did the Time Lapse Consortium, which was a solo thing, even though most of Incubus played on it. But this one is just Mikey," frontman Brandon Boyd tells Billboard.com. "This time, the band will just go to watch. He's moving into ambitious territory."

For Einziger, the concert will serve as a precursor to his enrollment in music school to study composition next year. But he's not the only one returning to higher education, as Boyd also plans to enroll in a university art program.

"And, our drummer is having a baby, so there's a lot of normal life stuff going on right now -- school, babies, mortgages," Boyd says.


The band does have one more gig on its schedule: the VH1 Rock Honors salute to the Who on July 12 in Los Angeles alongside Pearl Jam, the Foo Fighters, Flaming Lips and Tenacious D. But afterward, Boyd expects Incubus will probably lay low for an extended period of time.

"I'm of the mind to say it wouldn't be a bad thing to disappear for a year or two years," he says. "A lot of people would say culture moves too fast and you need to remind people, but I would argue there's not any rush.
